Great news on the Language front. The site is now 100% translated in to German, and there is additional language support available now! So if you are a German guild you can go to https://swtorfancommunity.com/guild/deutsch to add your guild. French coming soon.

The guild name comes up after you start entering data, do not skip it

You must save the information at the end to edit.

A mechanism should be put in place for those that forget to do save secret code. Also how does the gm correct a guild listing put up incorrectly by another person in the guild when that person goes AWOL, is doing it for spite, or leadership changes?

If there are nay issues with ownership of a guild listing (lost password, wrong person edits it) you can contact me or join our help Discord. We do some verification checks to make sure it's not someone trying to "steal" the listing then pass it on to the correct person
