the reason its taking long is easy to tell you is that bioware gives almost notting more about this game and is more focusen on a game to keep alive what is all ready death is since the launch from that game.

Well, my last ticket I sent in was just flat out deleted with no response what so ever, so I'm going with "No".

 

That's the epitome of customer service right there.

What makes it worse is diconnects or errors in things are so badly explained in text it makes it almost impossible to try top find out exactly how to fix things yourself. In this game it;s just a case of trring all of the usual same steps anytime anything goes wrong.
