So I have done alot of digging and nearing my end of my gearing for my shadow at least 248 armorings that is. I have come across alot of debate on the left side and enhancements. I have already swapped out my mods to all Lethal B Mods. But looking over the implants and ear pieces the Absorb/Shield is 11points higher then the crafted 246s Same goes with the enhancements. Granted 1 point endurance wont matter much but total loss of mitigation was quite high.

 

Why are people taking the 246 over the 248 left side? Is there something I am missing?

For enhancements people tend to get Bulwark/Bastion crafted. You lose 11 shield/absorb and some defense, but gain 37 endurance (per enhancement). For implants/earpiece I just take 248 ones.

Just to add, there do exist 248 versions of the bulwark/bastion enhancements, but they are very rare drops from command crates (I've got like two of them in total).

Yeah the b mods too... I've gotten like 2 total 248 pieces of b mods and useful enhancements in total. The drop rste is atrocious
