Have we ever got an answer on duel specs for classes? I can't explain how helpful I believe this would be in operations or simply just messing around. For example I hate it when I have to swap from heals to DPS or DPS to heals on my commando. Having to clear all my skills, reset them, swap out most of my gear manually, and then do it all again to swap back to my original spec.

 

I understand there may be difficulties around doing this, but I believe it would be greatly beneficial for players to have this. Here are some that I can think of off the top of my head.

• PvE to PvP specs
  
• Tank to DPS and back (for those operation boss fights that don't always need an off tank.)
  
• Heals to DPS and back
  
• When testing different specs
  
• Utility in operations swapping from single target to a more AOE based spec
  

 

Even if it would cost something crazy like 1,000 cartel coins, I know I would purchase this on at least 4 of my 55s as I would use it all the time.

I have been wanting this since beta, there were talks back then about it. Dont know why they never implemented it.

I'm fine with using field respec and assigning the points manually... I'd much rather they'd be working on new content then a very minor quality of life improvement. Edited July 19, 2014 by SirUrza
