All of a sudden this morning when I hit play on the launcher I get booted with error code c7.

Why is this happening? My laptop far exceeds the minimum everything and has been running fast as can be for days but now all of a sudden I cannot get on.

tried reseting graphics card as advised by phone support.

Reinstall the Intel and Nvidia video driver if it persists make a post at EA Answers HQ and include a dxdiag per this link

Hello! I had just posted on the EA forums so I thought that I would try here also. I just got this error message today as well with the game running just fine prior to today. I've tried the different fixes that I have seen but to no avail. I've attached my dxdiag to see if I am missing anything.http://answers.ea.com/ea/attachments.../1/DxDiag2.txt

I uninstalled the windows 10 security update and the security for adobe flash update and it seems to have fixed the error message and I can play again. Hopefully this helps others!
