tbsly Posted January 23, 2012 Share Posted January 23, 2012 when comparing a 23/0/18 spec with flame surge to a 21/2/18 spec with puncture has anyone compared the damage numbers of flame surge vs. puncture. with that in mind you could also compare combat tech vs. infiltrator pvp sets. combat tech 4 piece would give rocket punch approximately 70% chance to crit and if the 2 piece is fixed a decent 2 piece bonus. infiltrator would give rail shot approximately 40% chance to crit with a worthless 2 piece bonus.
