Anyone else have this issue? I have reinstalled and switched drives and everything. Kind of ruins it for me.

It's most likely heat related.

 

- Open up the machine (if desktop) and clean the dust out. Clean the dust out of the air vents if it's a laptop

 

- make sure that all fans are working properly.

 

- try turning down the graphics to generate less heat.

 

Give us some details about what sort of system it is - desktop or laptop - and what sort of cooling solution there is. That is, the location and size of cooling fans, etc.
