I am a level 50, and I decided to solo a flashpoint that I never ran when I was a lowbie (Mando Raiders). I picked up the quest, talked to Malgus, and when I attempted to enter the FP, it prompted me to 'Reset all active Flashpoints'. Now, the problem here is I have NO active flashpoints. When I right-click my portrait as instructed, there is only a 'reset ops' option. I tried to log in and out, and the issue persisted. Any thoughts? Edited July 21, 2012 by iprovoast

I think you need to be in a group to get the reset option, so try grouping up with a random for a minute just to reset it and then you can leave the group and go in alone.
