working on my first Sage, hit lvl 58, and Disubance is missing from bar, looked in Combat Profiencies, and saw it gets replaced with Telekinetic burst, okay , but it didn't.

I have a empty slot where it should be, I have relogged and nothing zoned and nothing, it stays empty, and it won't let me drag Telekinetic burst into the empty slot or any others.

am I screwed now? was it a mistake play a sage ?, was having fun till this happened, one of my main abilities is no longer there

ETA: fixed it, I was trying to drag from combat Profiencies and was unaware it shows up in Abilities
