HI all. Yes I am a noob. My question is about the crates and items in the market in general. Is there a guide to know how it all works, and what kinds of items work for each class? I did get a hypercrate, and it had interesting things (I now know I shouldn't spend the coins when I don't really know what I'm doing) and have a bunch of armor that is bound to me, and when I look at the stats it's lower then what I already have. I was surprised and a bit confused as to the lower stats.

Is there an intro guide, I've looked but couldn't really find one.

If the item's have a timer at the bottom then the item's are not perm bound yet, you can wait the 1 1/2 days and it'll become unbound from the CM packs / or packs themselves

As for the stats, all Cartel items (with very few exceptions) are cosmetic.

They're just empty shells that you add mods to them to give them stats or wear them in outfit slots.
