Rather than removing the reusable healpacks from Biochem 400, instead give EVERY crafting class a reusable item. This would add diversity to the crafting classes, enable people to make choices that would benefit their playstyle etc. Give Artifice a saber overcharge module or some such nonsense that increases their saber damage. I think cybertech already has reusable grenades. Give synthweavers some sort of movement buff item.. Give armstech a blaster overcharge module similer to artifices saber module. Give armortech a shield boost consumable. Take a pass at balancing them a bit...and voila...everyone wins. Sure, this would HURT if you wanted to be a Smuggler who artifices. Or a tank who synthweaves...but there would be OPTIONS...and options are good. Right now there's just the option to ditch and go Bio for the insane free heals, and 2 free medals every warfront, maybe take the grenades in cybertech, or feel gimped...and that's not a fun option at all.
