Any insight on this would be appreciated. It is not free for subscribers. You have to purchase it separately in addition to your subscription if you want access to the level 56-60 content. Things like the Discipline system, however, are now active for all players, regardless of whether they bought SoR or not (and regardless of whether you're a subscriber/preferred/F2P) .
