I have 7* Level 55 characters, each in full Parisan gear.

I am looking to begin with PvE end-game, however I do not know where to start. How can go from where I am now to BIS PvE gear?

You can start in SM Ops and need on every upgrade for your class. 16m SM Ops will provide ultimate comms and most people run these to get geared fast. It doesn't matter if you're in full PVP gear for story mode, but hard and nightmare mode is a different story.

Also try to find crafters for the hard-to-get 31 enhancements for your class/role and trade mats for those enhancements. Do the same for your main hand hilt/barrel.

a) Pay for crafted 72 gear.

b) Join a guild and get them to run you through TFB/S&V HM to gear you up.

Option a) is easy, but very expensive and you won't get setbonuses.

Option b) can be hard since guilds farming HM are most likely progressing NiM, and won't use lockouts for HM. Some guilds might want you for NiM progression, and got alts to gear you up in HM. Finding a good guild is hard, very hard, and requires a lot of luck as well.

With that many classes, you can pick a class a guild needs, giving you more options. I'd recommend mara/sniper dps, guardian/PT tank or sorc heal.
