Ok so I just came back from quite a long hiatus, and what the actual hell? We don't get a charge ability until level freaking 61?!?!? Who's terrible idea was that?

I know one random guy posting on the forums won't change it. Just trying to vent some frustration at how incredibly stupid this is.

No worries, once you get, you'll find that it doesnt even work 30% of the time

Tbh, it really needs to be moved to early lvls like any other melee class.
