Phrozen
You should max out the memory on the imac if you can. I run Parallels at work but I'm working with 8GB of memory. I gave the VM 4GB and swtor runs pretty decent. My windows 7 version is professional 64 bit.
cthipphavong
i play on a similar-spec mac mini turn shadows to OFF instead of LOW upgrade to 8gb ram--cheap, easy, and most effective in my experience try bootcamp instead of parallels i overclocked my FSB to 279 (from 266), and GPU to 550 (from 450) using the nVidia software. make sure all your drivers are up to date (including directX 9). super stable and i use MacFan for cooling in windows i also use the "ramdrive" stickied in the forums, just search for it. i found it helps a little after all that i get a consistent 20-30 fps in most situations including warzones. running the game in a 1280x720 window. Borgiejr
im playing on a 21.5 inch imac with i5 quad core 2.70 and running win 7 64 bit. if you are planing on installing bootcamp make sure you install the 64 bit version since the 32 bit version caps your memory at 4 gigs.
