Theeko
Hi, I was just wondering how much it would cost to reactivate any of the 4 strongholds or is it the same price for all 4 of them? some people say its 5k 10k etc, but I really would like to know beforehand since I bought mine with creds. Also the reason why is cause I have all 4 fully decorated and really don't want to test it and redecorate all over again. JediCounsular
According to the threads and the twitch feed: * If you paid for your stronghold in credits, and deactivate it, you have to pay for it all over again to re-activate it. * If you paid for your stronghold in cartel coins, and deactivate it, then there is no fees to re-activate it. Muljo_Stpho
As I understand the situation from reading a topic on here where someone had to deal with this after they transferred a character to another server (the room unlocks all transferred over but the strongholds that hadn't already been activated in some form on the second server needed to be "reactivated" there before he could access them and take advantage of the transferred unlocks) the reactivation cost is the same as the activation cost. (5k per capital planet apartment or 2.5 mil for the Tatooine homestead.) The guy in that topic had originally paid for each activation in credits, so he was seeing the same credits / cartel coins option as the reactivation fee. (But as was mentioned, after you've paid to activate (or reactivate) a stronghold using cartel coins it will become free to reactivate it any time you might need to do it after that.) They clarified that the only way a stronghold would go 'inactive' or be deactivated would be when a PLAYER choose to deactivate their stronghold (it won't just go inactive / deactivated because someone doesn't play). The stated scenario as to why someone would deactivate a stronghold was assuming new strongholds are added in the future, and someone at the four stronghold limit wanted to purchase one of the new strongholds, they would have to deactivate one of their four existing strongholds before buying a new one. However, what they never stated clearly is that when you transfer, BIOWARE will automatically set your strongholds as inactive, which if you paid for your stronghold with credits, means you will get screwed as you'll be expected to buy the place all over again. Theeko
oh, so to reactivate a stronghold is the same price you bought it for, say like Tatooine was like 2.5m, youd have to pay the 2.5m again to reactivate it if you deactivated it if you spent creds

Theeko
ah yeah that is kind of lame, cause the credit to CM ratio is about the same imo, so I don't know why it should be the same price, I think it should just be like 50k or something everytime to reactivate it again
DoctorBeckett
Does that mean the unlocks need to be re-purchased too?
