Not just the kill bonus but the WZ bonus. Second keep objectives but make it so level 10's can warp 10+ can warp to ILUM to accomplish objectives. Third have sides flip every 30 minutes after being held. Now you have people constantly forced to go to ilum from level 10+ to accomplish the objectives multiple times a day because it affects the ENTIRE faction. KurtDunn Posted January 16, 2012 Share Posted January 16, 2012 Attempting to have a massive open PVP area that has action going on all the time is an uphill, losing battle. With everything else that people can do to entertain and occupy themselves within ToR, you will always have a relatively small population who will be doing Ilum at any given time. However, if you change it from a constant open world PVP event, to one that happens every 2 hours or so, one that you can queue up for and be teleported into at any place within the game, then you will see huge turnouts for it.
