Interesting...tested it last night during pvp. I hit the group with frag nade and nothing more and waited. As each person dropped when a team mate killed them, I gained a TA and I didn't do the killing blow. Don't have vid or pics (so you can take my word for what its worth) but this is what happened to me during PVP and I have yet to try it in PVE. May work different in PVE.

From what I can tell, you need a killing blow for it to pop a TA in PVE (tested it in a heroic and not a FP). In PVP all you have to do is cause dmg, and whoever you caused dmg to in pvp, when they perish it will grant you a TA if you are within range (tried hitting someone and staying in the area and running off to see the effects). Going to record some game play to make sure everything I am posting/thinking is correct. I am just curious on why it's different (effects of PVE and PVP) and if other talents are doing the same thing across the AC's.

Killing blows, Shiv and Hidden Strike grants TA, assisting kills does not.
Lacerate has a chance REGRANT if used on a poisioned target, again assisting kills does not.

If it did id be full of TA's the whole game and wouldve had no problems at all without using my Rifle Shot
Raptorem / Imimba
Impulse / Coral
I know it's your opinion, but you're wrong!
