Requirements For DPS are the following:

 

Be able to parse higher than 5.9k dps (link dummy parses from 1.5 mil dummy ( Parsley)

 

Requirements For tank are the Following:

Be able to execute Mechanics properly.

Have Knowledge of the fight.

Be geared, know how DTPS works for Tank DTPS = Damage taken Per Second Proc GCD

Bring Viable Strategy to the Raid Leader.

Being on Star parse is a must!

 

Requirements For Healer are the Following:

Have knowledge of the fights prior to engaging on it.

Being on Star parse is a must.

Be capable parsing 6k or higher 4.5k Effective heals must be aware that Star parse gives rating after every parse not being under the 50% rating.

Know their rotations and execute the buffs correctly.
