is it better to rung a veng spec jugg but use the tank stats or just run tank spec and use crit and alcrit i like the DOTS veng has but it does lack the defensive CD it's for pvp and solo ranked and just day to day playing

For PvE, especially for harder group content, you don't mix stats up. Gear as a tank when in tank spec, gear as a dps when in dps spec.

 

A dps with tank stats will be a lousy dps, and same for a skank tank. You can run as a low mitigation tank (some dps stats) but best to run with your own healer in that case.

 

For running solo and pvp you could try running in tank spec with dps gear on. DPS spec with tank gear is never viable.
