We are currently recruiting capable players for various positions in our three groups. We're mostly looking for players that are Nightmare ready or have experience in HM DF and HM DP. Three Minute Pirates - Thursday/Monday, (will be adding days for NIM release) 5:30 - 8:30 pm PST - We are 5/5 HM DF, 5/5 HM DP, and 1/1 HE -Looking for subs to fill-in either tanks/heals/or dps spots when needed. e-Lemon-ators - Friday/Saturday, 7 - 10 pm PST -We are 5/5 HM DF and 5/5 HM DP -Closed In order to begin a trial process with us, your character will need to be geared appropriately (~72 or better, preferably Dread Forged). From there, we would like to see a completed application. Keep in mind raid days/times are subject to change based on group availability. Keep in mind that gear does not make quality players (you may have the gear but not the dps or awareness). We're interested in quality players who exhibit these traits: Performance: your overall raid awareness and dpsAbility to react and learn quicklyAdvanced Class Knowledge (how familiar you are with your classes abilities and cooldowns)AttendanceParticipation in discussions Social fit: attitude (do you mesh with the other raid members?)
