i bought a mount on the cartel market it appeared in my inventory i right clicked it, now i cant find it anywhere and when i click p there is no skill for it anywhere

Most (if not all) mounts drop to a skill bar (quick-bar) upon clicking in inventory, I'd start there. You should also check to make sure all of your quick-bars are enabled using interface editor. I'm not positive on the level which you are granted the "legacy mount skill" which allows for random calling of mounts from your personal list, there is also one for pets. Both will show in the "P" menu under legacy skills when available.

 

edit: the normal level for picking up the mount skill is level 10 for sub character, picking up through your class trainer. You can buy a cartel market item that grants pilot/mount skill access to the level 1 characters, that should show up under the base class skill list in the "P" menu.

Check the "Vehicles" tab in your Abilities Panel (P). If it's there, drag it to a skillbar slot, if you want.
