Hey everyone, I see quite a few questions daily on the swtor forums on how to obtain schematics for armormech and synthweaver crafted orange armor. With 1.3 coming out soonish adding boots and glove schematics to complete some of the existing orange sets, I thought this would be a good time to compile an easy to read/reference list for all the orange armor schematics that synthweavers/armormech can craft from Underworld Trading. Note that this list does not include the Battlemaster/War Hero/Campaign gear – schematics for those come from the PvP vendor or from REing (Campaign)

 

Unfortunately the form doesn't support tables at all and totally ruins the formatting. Therefore, I have resorted to putting up screenshots of the individual tables instead. See the choice of links above if you want to view a printable version or a version without interruptions

There was a typo involving some of the level 19 schematics that had mistakenly labeled as requiring UT4, they should be fixed to requiring UT 2 now

Now that craftable orange belts/bracers are in the game, anything in the works to update the guides (in your obviously infinite amount of spare time, since you come up with so many great guides )?

So a lot of faction specific armor's have no helms? I had a list of helms I was looking for and they are all missing from your list too. I'm guessing that means they don't exist

None of the really low level sets have helms. Guessing because helms aren't available that early?

There appear to be a number of issues with the schematics for the custom (i.e. orange) armour sets. I've found the following issues with synthweaving however I suspect most or all of them also apply to armormech.

 

 

• some items in a set are a lower level than the others, for example boots or gloves might be 4 levels lower than the rest of the set, which means they probably require a different rank of crew skill mission to acquire
  
• there are currently no schematics for the level 11 and level 15 heavy armour sets for either faction
  
• level 11 (faction) sets have no schematics for the head, waist and wrist slots
  
• level 15 (faction) sets have no schematics for the head slot (but do have schematics for the wrist slot)
  
• level 19 (faction) sets have no schematics for the wrist slot
  
• level 27 (faction) sets have no schematics for the wrist slot
  
• level 31 (neutral) sets have no schematics for the wrist slot
  
• level 35 (neutral) sets have no schematics for the wrist slot
  
• level 43 (faction) sets have no schematics for the wrist slot
  
• level 47 (neutral) sets have no schematics for the wrist slot
  

 

This means the only complete (i.e 7 piece) sets are the level 23, 39 and 50 (neutral) sets and there are (in total) 265 schematics to collect.

Warrior's Bracers

Warrior's Waistcord

Agent's Bracers

Agent's Belt

Aspiring Knight's Waistcord

Inquisitor's Bracers

Hydraulic Press Vambraces

Hydraulic Press Belt

 

I've tried crew skills for days, underworld trading and Treasure hunting.......

Those all come from Underworld Trading, you just have to get lucky. The only one of them that I know for sure from experience is that Inquisitor's Bracers comes from Tier 1 UWT.
