Extinctionzone Posted August 29, 2017 Share Posted August 29, 2017 Hey all I have submitted several in game tickets regarding the Victorious Pioneer's armor set that I lost, somehow between getting characters restored and several name changes my armor set is unrecoverable CSR has stated it was last on X character at X time months ago. I have checked every item of storage on each character several times, character inventory. cargo hold, legacy bank. I simply do not have the item, or the character that last had the item. I have previously had and used the armor set. my account has all the achievements to show this. I don't understand why the item cant be restored to me. Considering the effort to obtain this needs to be unlocked in collections for those eligible. any ideas where to go from here? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Sharkhonn Posted August 29, 2017 Share Posted August 29, 2017 I can't imagine why they won't just restore it for you. Unless they can see something you are missing maybe. I place new armorings in mine once out of habit and not noticing I was wearing the xp suit still. They replaced them for me with about a days wait after I submitted the ticket! So maybe after enough tickets you will get a CSR in a good enough mood to help you. I would like to encourage patience and respect when submitting multiple tickets as they tend to reward those who are overly nice and respectful.
