Kalthazod
if you guys go into the cartel bazaar on either the imperial or republic space station you will notice behind the hut broker are 3 people (2 male, 1 Female) frozen in carbonite , these people could be Luke, Leia, and Han seeing as how the man on the left closely resembles that famous pose Han did in the 5-6 movies Fun little easter egg

Wylf
Considering that SWTOR plays roughly 3600 years before the battle of Yavin it's rather unlikely that these are meant to be those three
SandsOfArrakis
Sounds like the easter egg on Hutta where a Wookie and a droid (whose arms have been ripped off) are sitting at a game table. Like the scene onboard the Falcon.

DarkLordIceman
The Wookie and droid scene is overused, aside from the two mentioned there is also of a scene of Bowdaar playing Dejarik with the ship droid during the Smugglers Makeb cutscene. One I haven't seen mentioned is by a sandcrawler up north in the Jundland area of Tattooine is some jawas selling a lineup of droids to some farmers as a reference to Episode IV.
