Yeah I know what time of day it is, but they wern't exactly brimming with people during peak hours either. For Europe, the day starter some time ago.

Lots of people who preordered would love to play but can't beause they arn't "the chosen ones". For us, we're all stuck in a days long queue, we're queueing even though the servers are almost empty.

Technnology has came a long way since WoW's launch screwup, and many other triple A MMOs have launched without catastophe since. Rift had a million preorders and apart from some launch day queues it all went fine.

I can't see any MMORPG developer using this method of launching again. Ultimate fail.
