Vaersin Posted June 8, 2019 Share Posted June 8, 2019 Hi everyone, I would like to ask a question, which would be: if I launch SWTOR via launcher having made the subscription digitally, can I switch to having the game on Origin preserving the same rights that I acquired by subscribing digitally (but not buying it on Origin)? In short, if I had to download the basic (free) version of SWTOR on Origin, then entering my data, would I find that I have a subscription and that I have an account preferred status? Mubrak Posted June 8, 2019 Share Posted June 8, 2019 (edited) When you buy SWTOR gametime packs on Origin, they send you a code via email. That code is redeemed here: https://account.swtor.com/user/codes. There is no Origin version of SWTOR. You could add it to the Origin client as an external game, but you don't need to purchase anything from Origin to do that. Patching and starting the game is always handled by the regular launcher.
