I am looking to create large group for raiding the epic bosses but can only add 3 plus myself to the group. Could someone map out how to create the larger OPS groups?

Create a group.

Right-Click on your own Portrait

Select 'Convert to Ops group'.

By default, you'll initially create an 8 man ops group. By right clicking your face you'll see more 'group' options, and one will allow you change to 8 man normal, 16 man normal, 8/16 man hard/nightmare. This will allow you to go past 8 if you're looking to make a 10+ group

If this is your first time running an ops group you should have the summon abilitu, you should drag names of tanks dps and healets to different boxes so you know what you have, you should be aware not to ask leader questions in ops chat as the other players may decide to leave having no confidence in your ability to lead if this group is a random group you are forming, if you do have to ask someone something about leading do it private so you do not appear incompetent to other players who do not know you, do not hand leadership over multiple times and if you must, do that privately too, mtiple changes in leader will make players feel the group could fail, and won't waste their time if they feel you are new at leading.

 

Worse case you might get dropped
