I always get an error message that the volume of traffic is to high. Posting in-game troubleshooting queries just results in the query being closed without Bioware sending me a reply. Cartel Coin purchases are a customer service issue for which in-game support can't help, which is why your tickets are being closed. Still, they should at least send you a message telling you to go to the forums rather then just closing the tickets with silence. It's likely that your issue is related to an issue that EA had recently. Here are two links that explain how to fix it.
