Also I noticed you didn't take deadly cannon, which is a *massive* damage loss. Also since your not in armor pen cell, all of your abilities are going to hit for less. Pretty much this ^ Take deadly cannon and the talent above it for increase in dps and resource management. More resources = more pew pew. Stick in armor pen for gunnery.
