As I myself came back to the game after 2 years, I noticed some odd issues.

Camera rotation speed is waaaayyy too fast and there seemed to be a weird stutter when turning camera or simply moving around.

Well, after trying everything they have easy fixes.

Camera speed = go to your preferences and camera rotation speed settings, you’ll see it listed as 0% as default.

Turn that slider as far right as possible, apply, turn it all the way back down to 0% and apply, marvel at the odd difference.

Stutter : use fullscreen windowed mode, any other mode like pure windowed or pure fullscreen causes it.

The difference is painfully obvious when you switch to fullscreen windowed mode.

You are an absolute GODSEND! Both of those fixes worked for the only two problems I had! The camera speed I was beginning to just deal with, but the stuttering was absolutely driving me nuts! Thank you SO very much!!!!!!!!
