Basically it would allow us to see the damage / healing results after boss encounters and allow us to actually 'commend' people who did well. Perhaps they would get an extra commendation off the boss or something for people you had voted for. We get a basic summary of how everyone did (although not real-time), and it uses the same technology that already exists in the game.

 

Although the system could be exploited, but really only to the benefit of new people. One of the problems that was discussed at the summit was gear scaling. Everyone could potentially vote for the new guy to help gear him out faster as well.

Not a bad idea, I like it. Although Bioware said they don't want people to see your performance in game so you prolly won't get to see the damage/heals done,
