Really feel we are a class that is lacking a PVP set bonus. The Enforcer stats are great but the bonus is kinda pointless for the mercs. sure it takes down a few CD's but the 4pc rail shot bonus is that great.

 

We really need the PVE bonus with 15% crit on TM into a PVP set.

It has come the stage were i dont use the enforcers bonus at all, i use a 2pc medic (3sec extra shield) and the PVE 15% crit on TM but in 2.0 i will need more PVP stats.

the pvp set is for mercs, 2 set= reduction to kb which is a merc only skill.

I thought the merc set bonus stunk until I started playing the other classes... of all the things they screwed us on pvp bonuses are not that bad.

 

PS... isn't rail shot pretty important in arsenal also? it hits pretty hard with stacked target lock... or does the rail shot consume them so HSM can't use them?
