Already opened several tickets and the best answer I've got was that the customer service team can't solve it and that I should post it in here... can't they send a e-mail to someone who can solve it? link to the achievements/mount on PTS: This problem is not solved since 23 December 2019. I have reviewed your case and I would like to advise you that Cutomer service cannot grant or make any changes to the PTS Achievements titles and rewards. So I would request you to please post this on the suggestion box on Swtor forums as it is moderated by the studio team.
