I was just wondering if anyone has discovered if you can craft expertise modifications?

As of now the only source for them i know of is the level 30+ pvp vendor weapons (expertise on enhancement slot mods)

The level 50 pvp stuff seems to have the expertise stat as part of the armor and not on a mod.

So im just wondering if its possible to craft expertise mods, or if we are basically stuck with buying pvp weapons, taking the enhancement out, and using that on our equipment. Also since the expertise on those mods is only 21 (or so, cant remember, 20something) each, it would mean that ultimately we can not customize moddable gear to be as good as the pvp gear, since they are only partially modded items.

I know at higher levels there are apparently some world pvp zones, maybe you can get the 51 point expertise enhancements as com rewards from there somehow?

I would hate to be forced to use the pvp armor model.
