OK. I'll bite.

Cybernetic Female trooper backstory:

Born into the family of Coruscanti baseline human exterminators, she had an unremarkable childhood and eventually married the son of her father's business partner at the age of 20. The marriage was a happy one, and produced two children. When her youngest was 3 months old, her neighborhood was subject to orbital bombardment by the Darth Malgus & Moff Kilran during the initial stages of the Sacking of Coruscant.

The regained consciousness several years later. Overwhelmed emergency workers had pulled her body from the rubble, and frozen her in carbonite as part of the triage process. Her husband and children had perished during the initial bombardment. Her father had been killed by Sith occupation forces. Her mother had died a few months later in a refugee camp.

A combination of mild brain damage, rushed & shoddy cybernetic programming and unbridled rage at losing everything and everyone she had loved triggered a radical personality change. A previously timid, mousy young lady became consumed by a violent desire for revenge on the Sith.

So she joined the Army and busted her bottom trying to win assignment to a unit that would let her fight the Sith directly. Along the way she developed a murderous contempt for politicians and soldiers who would betray the Republic & its citizens almost as deep as her hatred for Darth Malgus & Moff Kilran.

Eh i'll bite, this is actually a sort of crossover from SWG.

---------------------------

The smuggler Maucs was fighting the Galactic Empire with the Rebel Alliance over Endor, in his modified YT-2400. The death star soon was destroyed and the rest of the imperial fleet fled, or surrendered though unknowing to the captain his YT-2400's hyperdrive was malfunctioning after so many travels through the galaxy in helping the Rebels. Plotting a course set for Corellia, the ship went into hyperspace though upon coming out Maucs spotted two huge ships approaching him getting a holocall a Republic admiral came on screen asking who he was.

Still a little shaken up it took a few minutes before he replied, and as he did he noticed that his entire ship and himself had completely changed which also confused him. Docking with one of the capital ships, he recognized the markings of the Republic and realized as a trooper escort came with an officer that he was in the past. "Great I leave one war, and get thrown in another..."Maucs thought as the escort was now infront of him, explaining the situation the officer soon arrested the smuggler not believing his story and was then escorted to a holding cell. After about a week in his cell, the same officer that had arrested him approached and offered a deal in helping the Republic fight against the Sith Empire.

Figuring out that it would be best to fight, rather then stay locked up Maucs agreed to the terms and was given back his ship and blaster. A few years then pass, and Maucs is maneuvering through a blockade heading for Ord Mantell to deliver the weapons that the Republic desperately needed.

-------------

There it is!(Was gonna make it longer, but didn't want a TL;DR thing) Whats funny is that I switched two letters around in the name, so now its Macus not Maucs...oh well it still sounds the same and its only two letters. But I also figured, it would make it a great feeling knowing that I never really lost my SWG character only that I "transferred" him over to TOR.

over to TOR.

I read this and went...yeap this so applies to my Toons

This is the story of my family in a Galaxy far from here. Pull up a pew, grab a drink and sit awhile, and listen to this tale I will tell you.

My Story starts in a galaxy called Bria, on a planent called Tatooine, with a Lady called Shells Briana. She grew up in the backwaters of this planent, slinking a living in the major cantina's dancing and entertaining people with her Dances, and Music. Shells did'nt earn a lot....but it was enough for her to provide for herself, and her brother Tiberians.

Tiberians was an apprentice Trader, and an expert Pilot. It would be a fair while before he mastered his craft, and started earning Millions of creds through his products. And believe me, he would one day become a very wealthy, respected, and well known Trader.

Shells looked forward to this day, because she longed to be involved in the war against the Imperials, rather than being some small time Entertainer stuck on some backwater planent. More often than not Shells would listen to people's stories of the war, (while she entretained people), and dream of hunting down Imperials.

People from all over the planent, and galaxy would be entralled at the entertainment she provided. It is I think a safe bet to say threy always went aways having a good night out.

Shells did eventually leave the Entertainment Industry on Tatooine. Tiberians had masteted his trade, as a Shipwright, and was starting to earn a nice penny from selling his wares.

The relief she felt as she fidgeted with her armour, and lifted up her Rifle was Immense. Finally after 1 year of training as a Bounthy Hunter, and millions of credits spent of getting her Equipment, she was ready to join the fight, and start Hunting Imperials!

She was nervous....and sweating. She had been watching her Imperial target now for the best part of 20 minutes...waiting for the perfect oppurtunity to take him out. He was a commando....gawd a Commando! Of all People to have as a first Target! They were tough. It was like hittng a brick wall, while going full speed on a Speeder.

This Imp (Bucket!) had a 1 million Bounty on his head....thats a lotta Creds. Must have hacked someone wealthy somewhere along the ways.

It happened so quickly....one second he was talking to people...then Boom! Rebels poured in from outta no where attacking her target.

Argh! this is it shells though, it is now or never. Into the fray she went, letting off all her abilities. "Target Killed! Bounty Collected"

Shells laughed to herself, as the creds were transfered to her account. That Guy will no doubt clone, and be rather angry at having his Boutny Collected. Shells career as a Bounty Hunter had been Stella. Eventually she had started hunting both factions, collecting Bounties through out the galaxy. The Thrill of the Hunt, was as always what motivated her to contunue Hunting people.

years later, and in a differant galaxy, on a Planent called Hutta, Shells daughter Equipped her Blaster Pistol, readed her gear, and made ready to follow in the footsteps oh her Mother, as a Bounty Hunter.

Sandovol, Rattataki male Imperial Agent: Sandovol was formerly a slave to a Sith Lord named Lord Harrex. Harrex was extremely sadistic, even for a Sith. He treated his slaves very harshly, and even at times would torture, abuse and murder random people who were visitors to his home if they somehow displeased him. His victims were typically insignificant enough that it never caused Lord Harrex any problems. Sandovol had witnessed many of these atrocious acts and finally decided enough was enough. He began to slowly poison his master's food -- selecting exactly the right amount of poison that his master would not be able to detect but would still be effective -- until finally the poison made Lord Harrex very sick and weak. Sandovol was then able to easily kill his master by sneaking into his room and strangling him in his bed.

What Sandovol didn't know was that Imperial Intelligence had been aware of Lord Harrex' behavior for quite some time. One of his random victims had been the daughter of a high-ranking officer in the Imperial Army. Intelligence had been given the task of watching Lord Harrex' activities and finding a way to eliminate him quietly. They had his home under surveillance, and they were observing the whole time while Sandovol went about the task of murdering his master. Once the deed was done, Sandovol was taken by Imperial Intelligence to their HQ and placed into the intensive Agent training program, and he quickly rose the ranks to become one of their elite Agents.

So just quick and dirty:

My main character is a light sided sith warrior. My plan for his legacy is to have him and his twin brother to be children of two jedi who fell in love and left the order to live peacefully far away from Jedi judgement. When the empire invaded they got caught up in the war and in order to escape they split up and each took a child.

The father and one child made it to the republic and he grew up to become the Jedi Knight, while his father disappeared searching for the mother who was captured by the Empire. The child who was captured was sent to Sith training at a very young age upon exhibiting force sensitivity.

My Sith Warrior was too young to remember what happened, and is loyal to the empire, but never exhibited the ruthless cut throat doctrine the Sith prize and survived on his strength in the force alone. He never really took to the teachings and thanks to the overseer accelerating his training and bringing him to the academy early, was never thoroughly brainwashed. Then during his time on Dromund Kaas and discovering the Light Sided Sith's teaching about the Light Side of the force, he has been studying the light side ever since. After witnessing the collateral damage of empire citizens due to Sith bickering and infighting, and the acknowledgment that the empire only survives thanks to the hard work and diligence of its military and NOT the power of the Sith, he is attempting to bring a new more lawful and compassionate Empire into existence.

My Jedi Knight is another story. While he doesn't remember his father, before leaving to search for his mother his dad did leave him a holocron detailing the crimes committed against them by the Sith. There resides a deep hatred and contempt for the empire that he hides well. So while generally compassionate and merciful, my Knight finds himself unable to show mercy to the empire and deals with them in a brutal and efficient unwavering manner.

My SI is just a *****. She doesn't really care about anyone but her crew, and that's saying something, since otherwise, she literally cares about -no one-.

Before Khem and Zash fused, she had a soft spot for Zash - -she was the only person she'd ever show respect to. Now she hates Zash because she betrayed her - she thought Zash and her had atleast a normal master-apprentice relationship going on for a while.

Her background is kind of rocky. She's in a love-hate relationship with Andronikos, is amused and enjoys Talos's company, Khem is probably the one she's closest to, and Ashara and her are starting to just-sort-of-like-eachother-on-the-verge-of-enjoying-eachother's-presence.

Except not, because Ashara has such a light aura, it sickens her.

Wow. That wasn't a story at all. It's like I just spewed some words onto a page and called it a backstory.

Actually, not even a backstory. Not even a story-story. Just..words.

Whatever. I don't write backstories for my characters until something happens to make me do it.

Basically, she went from Light Side Slave in Korriban to Dark Side Sith Lord in whatever.

Personal history summary-

Subject- Malor, Teran V.

Known history-

Teran V. Malor was born on the shuttle "Farimon" en route to Kiffu Major. His parents, names withheld, never saw fit to keep him on one planet for more than a few months at a time. The majority of his youth was spent between Eshan and Kiffu Major, where his parents owned land. Though majority doesn't exactly hold a great deal of weight, out of his time before enlistment he spent an estimated two years on each planet total. Born into a culture of wanderers and nomads who seek refinement of martial and military abilities he was raised to be a living weapon like all of his people. Though his ancestry is dominantly Kiffar from his father, and Echani from his mother, upon trying to learn his blood-type there were previously unknown antigens not found in any known human or near-human sentient beings, indicating that he belongs to a new group of near-humans. His father worked with the RIA(Republic Intelligence Agency) until he retired early, three years before Teran's birth. His mother used her Echani heritage to gain placement high in the Echani Battle-Mistress ranks, also leaving her position three years before Teran's birth.

Once he was old enough he enlisted into the Republic military, while his peers joined various other military outfits throughout the galaxy. In boot camp he exceeded all expectations and passed with flying colors. It was at this time he gained the attention of a soon to be formed clandestine Op force, which would become what we know today as The Wraith Corps. Joining the newly established Special Forces branch of the Republic Army he finally found a place full of people with similar talents and abilities. In this harsh training environment he didn't grow, he flourished beyond expected parameters. During his short stay at advanced training he seemed to fall into leadership roles. Though it should be noted that Teran did what was needed and others followed. It wouldn't be accurate to say he's a natural leader, but it would be less than honest to say that he didn't have talent in the area.

From that point on he was recruited into the Wraith Corps training program and not much is known beyond that. Like every Wraith his file is now quite unreachable due to the nature of the Corps. For all intents and purposes he is now a ghost, like the name of his current force would suggest. If he and his team are compromised they are disavowed. If they are successful we'll never know.

My Sith Inquisitor Backstory

Rezearz doesn't have much of a memory of his past but remembers being a slave to some rich politician. Being treated like a useless piece of trash he took up the mentality that it was him against the entire galaxy. So he fended for himself and didn't care much for helping others. There was one piece of information he kept from the politician and that was his force sensitivity.

After spending five years under the oppressive thumb of the politician he was bought by Clan Veil'Kesh which was made up of various merchant/traders. He still hid his force sensitivity. Vostave, a Imperial Intelligence Officer, knew how to read almost anyone and pretty much caught Rez praticing on crates. Rez feared he would be reprimanded for not telling the Clan. However, Vostave just encouraged him to learn and understand it.

The leader of Clan Veil'Kesh sent Rez to Korriban to become stronger. Wether he became a Sith or not didn't matter as long as he gained a better understanding of the Force. Being forced to kill to survive Rez soon gained a lust for power and, as time went on, blood. His journey, however, would prove that power wasn't all it was cracked up to be. A failed conquest and a couple near death experiences would cause him to question his way of life.

Meeting a Togruta named Ashara changed that even further. He knew from that point on the Sith couldn't survive with all the back stabbing and betrayal's. They needed to work together in unision. As his journey continues he strives to make it happen while searching for his redemption.

Imperial Agent 4231

Name: Nezrae Apyr Veren

Designation: Cipher 9

Summary: Subject incorporated into Project ECHO (adj. 47.b) few weeks after birth. Parents Elar and Mari Veren given monetary compensation in exchange for subject and name (located 7.6.1), replaced by handlers. Careful manipulation of environment, interactions monitored and controlled, encouraged development of quality traits: loyalty to the Empire, intelligence, charisma, ingenuity, adaptability, mental fortitude. Strain of ruthlessness is under constant supervision and given appropriate targets (non-Imperials, aliens, Agent Cryso 5.4c report). Scored in the upper 5 percentile on tests and trials, recommended for field operations (First assignment: Nem'ro, Nal'Hutta, 89.G.09). Operative advanced specialization. Continues to impress. Subject is unaware of manipulation, has been given the necessary clearance.

Notes: At this point in time, discovering the extent in which she was an unwilling participant in Project ECHO would make no difference. Her biological parents remain loyal citizens of the Empire, her younger brother has returned from Korriban as Sith. Epitome of an Imperial agent. Subject is Cipher 9. Subject is very dangerous. Treat with caution.

Just a little snippet I wrote about my Sith Warrior, currently level 29, on Shien.

"My Lord?" asked Captain Malavai Quinn cautiously as he entered the front of the ship. The most dangerous quality that Pureblood Sith Lord Amiri Krade had was her unpredictability, and this was one of those times.

"Quinn," she said neutrally, turning her chair around to face him.

He was silent for a moment, waiting for her to speak. Something twisted in his stomach when she tilted her head and held her hand out to him.

"Sit with me," she said after a long moment. It was more an order than a request, and he nodded, sitting in the chair beside where she sat in the captain's seat.

The captain shuddered as tendrils of dark energy wrapped around him, petting him and knotting around him with her gentle touch. It was not an unpleasant feeling, but unexpected, nonetheless.

"My--ah.. my lord?"

She licked her lips and smiled.

It's not exactly a 'biography', but..maybe one day. For now, that's all I have. I don't want to post a board about something just small and discontinued like this, but I suppose this is as good as anything else.

My Jedi, Naveen Riom

Came from Alderan, at the age of 6 his parents took him to Coruscant to be assessed by Jedi Elders. The transport was raided and escape pods were launched. Naveen ended up on Yavin 4 in the Outer rim. Raised on by Massissi tribes who previously were enslaved by the Sith. With parents fate unkown, a passing aide vessel came to Yavin 4. when Naveen was merely a teen. He left his adpoted world behind and began the search.

Naveen possess a large scar on his face from encounters in the jungles on Yavin 4. He began to learn and master the use of the force although lacked control. Spotted by a Jedi scout on a remote space station who introduced him to the Jedi Order

My Sith Assassin, Na'sira:

Ex-slave Twi'lek from Ryloth 'conscripted' into Korriban's Sith Academy in early-ish years. Clinically insane by most accounts that manifests as insurmountable happiness and high frequency tendencies to irritate and antagonise. By all accounts adept at focusing her bizarrely cheerful emotion.

She follows the tiniest thread of suggestion re: forbidden knowledge in the Revanites via. a contact who later dies under interrogation. Several scarcely successful stowaway attempts carry her through surviving a bank heist on Nar Shaddaa (roleplayed as an event) and onto Dromund Kaas where she's promptly caught by the Imperial Inquisition (also roleplayed in an event).

After unsuccessful attempts are made to interrogate her for information and use her as a bargaining chip with other potential leads, she's given the ultimatum. To take a second chance at becoming Sith under incredibly careful scrutiny and surveillance, or die.

Now she picks up where she left off, having completed her first trial before the escape and now just starting her second...

Second Chances

Shameless story thread plugging. 'cause why not.

since you guys have told me yours i better tell you one of mine. About Luzion who later on became a feared Darth and member of the dark council.

Jarred knew he was special from birth, as he lived on the lucious planet of Alderaan under the parentage of nobles. He first found out he was force sensitive when one day he pulled a tree out of the ground just by looking at it.

His parents arranged for a jedi to come to their home and look over their son. The jedi did and deemed him worthy of training on Tython. He said he would come back in another month to take him there.

Come back he did , but he was possessed by a sith lord who wanted Jarred for his own. He smashed the door into the hallway of the mansion. Killing the servant instantly who was going to open it.

He then choked the mother and father who were begging for their lives. He than killed himself by driving his lightsaber through his chest. This drove Jarred mad and made him want to take revenge on the jedi. He took the name Luzion for he believed everything was an illusion except for his hatred for the jedi........

Jedi Knight Eleya Shevani

---

Born: 10 BTC

---

Born to simple farmers Elel and Nera Shevani on their peoples' homeworld of Alpheridies, Eleya was the youngest of four children and their only daughter. As with almost all Miraluka, Eleya was born devoid of physical eyes, yet perfectly able to "see" the external world around her through her connection to the Force.

However, at merely a few months of age, her parents knew that their daughter's connection to the Force went far deeper than most, and their child was proving to have the gift of empathy. Though their system was independent and neutral between Republic and Empire, Eleya's parents wanted something different for their daughter.

Something more.

When Eleya was one Standard year old, her parents traveled to the Temple on Coruscant to voluntarily give their daughter to the Jedi Order. They believed in the ideal of peace and justice of the Jedi, and had faith that their daughter would be raised in good hands and would be a part of something bigger than they would have been able to provide her.

With hope in their hearts, they returned home, leaving behind their only daughter to live a different life.

---

Youngling Years; Jedi Temple 9-0 BTC

---

As with most Miraluka raised in the Order, Eleya proved to develop slightly faster than other Younglings of different species. Placed into a clan at the age of three Standard years, with most of her clan-mates a year or two older than she, Eleya's personality began to flourish even then.

Possessed of an insatiable curiosity and penance for escaping seemingly inexcapable places to explore, Eleya became known by many as a daredevil terror. While able to submit to authority in most cases and appropriately attentive in her lessons and classes, Eleya nonetheless had the gift of finding ways to escape her quarters at night without getting caught, and even discovering a few ways to escape the Temple.

Eventually, the Masters began to keep a tally, and begrudingly acknowledged the girl was beginning to set a record.

Though the youngest of her clan, she somehow managed to become one of the unofficial "leaders" that the others looked up to- especially when it came to making dares and attempting them. Or even finding ways to escape punishment from attempting aforementioned dares.

She also had an ability to understand her peers, if only because her empathy literally allowed her to feel what they were feeling. While it helped her get along with almost everyone, it also "helped" her get into trouble, as well.

As she grew older, she never lost her curiosity or open-hearted nature, but she did manage to temper it down with reason and moderation. She learned that while it was good to be curious and to go after something, it was also just as important to think first, and that sometimes letting things go was the best course of action.

Otherwise living a normal, unneventful childhood within the Temple walls, Eleya's childhood would soon come to an ubrupt end during the attack on the Temple...

Jedi Knight - Jaysen

Born on the tranquil world Aquilaris at the edge of Sith space, Jaysen had a peaceful childhood, until he was four years old. At that point the Empire attacked his homeworld, and his parents smuggled him offworld. When he arrived on Coruscant he was discovered by a Jedi Master, who took him to the Jedi Temple.

When he was ten years old his class of Jedi students took a "field trip" to the planet Dantooine to see the ruins of the Jedi academy there. While they were gone, the Sacking of Coruscant happened. The young class of Jedi traveled the galaxy in their ship with their teachers until Tython was discovered. Even so, Jaysen's class did not go to Tython for many years.

During this time, Jaysen was trained by the Jedi Masters on the ship. Although he showed remarkable progress, he was unable to continue further with the Masters he had, although he did not blame his teachers, and called them "the best." They sent him to Tython to complete his training.

Sith Juggernaut Tayr

Lord Tayr was born to Darth Baras and her Sith Pureblood Mother Lord Sha'ren 24 years ago. Her mother was murdered when she was 4 by a Jedi Master and she witnessed it. With the death of her mother, Baras sent her to Dromund Kass for safety. He distanced himself from here and after she was 12 they no longer had any contact until she arrived on Korriban for training. Baras made sure she would be his apprentice which angered her and thus her attitude toward him. She is a lethal warrior who calls on her mothers death for anger during battle. She is a LS Sith for the most part but will call on the Dark Side when she is angered or feels betrayed. She is loyal to the Empire but feels the Sith Order needs to change. She is in love with Malavai Quinn and plans to have a family some day, first her father will pay for his desertion of her among other things.

OH! ME NEXT!

So uhm, I'm the Emperor's Wrath, and I like cheap men and cheaper liquor, Cocoa Krispies, and pretty much anything to do with the 80s.

I'm kind of on hiatus since I killed Darth Baras and got promoted at work, taking some time off before I go back to murdering pubbies or muppets or space monsters or whatever the hell it is I'm supposed to be doing, I don't know, the hours are weird and its a never-the-same-thing-twice kind of job.

I also like muscle cars, and my dream is to own a Dessler Turbo.

Wrath, what the hell are you doing in this thread?

Narrator? You're in Alcoholics Anonymous too?

This isn't AA. And is that a box of wine under your arm? Why were you bringing a box of wine to AA?

Isn't AA BYOB?

You're not supposed to bring your ANY BEER Wrath, its for people trying to quit drinking.

QUIT DRINKING, WHAT KIND OF CRAPPY CLUB IS THAT?

Wrath, go lay down. You don't need to be in this thread.

WELL YOU'RE RIGHT ABOUT THAT, I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH A BUNCH OF SOBER BUZZKILLS. ME AND MY BOX OF WINE ARE TAKING THE NEXT SPEEDER OUT OF THIS *****

I told you, this isn't AA. Its a thread for writers.

Writers are alcoholics, right?

Well, all the really good ones are.

THEN PULL UP A CHAIR *****, I CAN'T DRINK THIS WHOLE BOX BY MYSELF

I'm actually reasonably sure that you can, and that's what terrifies me.

I KNOW. THAT'S WHY YOU'RE ALL HOSTAGES. Don't let me drink alone, I'll do it.

Character backstories? Wooboy, I've got 8 characters I play religiously. Okay, a wee bit about a few of them:

Sith Warrior- She is the second oldest of 8 children (they're ALL sisters). Her mother and father didn't have any ties either way to the Republic or the Empire and supported their childrens' decisions. Draconia, my sith war, liked the possibility of being a bit dark without the Jedis gasping and finger waving at her because she wanted to be a little darker. She's on the light side, but sometimes her tendencies will run to the dark. When she met Quinn she was instantly attracted and fought tooth and nail to get him to notice her. She dropped lots of anvils and would have paraded around the ship in nothing but her skivvies if she thought he'd be interested. Vette and Jaesa are like little sisters to her. Pierce is like the big brother she never had and Broonmark reminds her of a Wookie.

She and Quinn marry and a wee one pops up unexpectedly. Her two bffs watch the little one when she has to do missions and such.

Smuggler- She is the oldest of 8 children. Same mother and father as my Sith Warrior. She flew around the galaxy looking for the perfect man for herself, besides lots of smuggling she did before landing on Ord Mantell. She wasn't too sure of Corso when she met him as she wasn't really the type to fit a farmer's wife. She's still not, but she's warming to the idea. She considers Bowdar like a big teddy bear who can rip a man's arms out of their sockets. She finds Guss annoying as hell, but tolerates him because he makes her laugh. She hated that Corso was a jealous little goober when she first met him, not letting her flirt with anyone without a jealous comment from him. When they finally hooked up and married she had a wee one with him too. Corso's not too happy, wanting to live on a farm and such, but he has to deal, as Harriet, my smuggler, is not done exploring the galaxy and making money or helping people when she can.

Imperial Agent- She is the third child of 8. She is a Chiss and was adopted by my Sith and Smuggler's parents when her real parents died during the war. She considers her current parents her parents. She happily married and had a kid with Vector even though he's connected with the Killiks. Being that she gets racism or alienism from the Imperials she meets, made her more in tune with Vector and his hive mind. She's not too into Kaliyo since she likes to be a psychopath most times, but she can definitely drink her under the table.

And that's it so far. My other 5 girls are under 30 so I haven't gotten that far in their back stories yet.
