The Knights of Mimban is a community that will focus on the development of roleplay and character growth over that of promotions and ranking up. Of course there will be promotions, there will be those ranking up but when you do gain a new position within our community it will truly mean something as you progress through the training, through the story interactions and as your character learns their role. For us we want the adventure, we want the feel and most importantly we want everyone to start the same.

 

How we do this is by the utilization of a RP system that keeps track of individual's activity and lets them grow based on the time they can commit. It's important everyone feels involved and that everyone within the community is involved. So you will grow based on your own merit and your own time commitment. So we broke down our leveling system into 3 paths. There will be 20 Levels of Padawan, 20 Levels of Jedi Knight & 20 Levels of Jedi Master. The reason we did this was to provide ample amount of growth but to also separate the experience growth for each. As a Padawan you'll require much less Experience Points as you progress making the leveling process a bit easier. Once you hit Knighthood and Mastership the XP amount required is increased giving it a more natural sensation. It's also important to note that the actual 'growth' is minimal enough that there wont be massive gaps between those of the same 'rank'.

 

We also offer the same for our Soldiers of the 202nd Special Operations Battalion. 20 levels of NCO, 20 Levels of CO and 20 Levels of HCO to progress, to build and develop a soldier from the ground up! Time to serve the republic and stand against the threat of the Sith Empire beside your Jedi Allies!

 

The Purpose of our Community is to make a sustainable community that will not only be created for Starwars the Old Republic but to make a community that will sustain itself far after the game's life. We hope to make this a home for starwars fans heading into the future and one where we all feel connected. Its the big reason why we will be recruiting based on available slots rather then just open ended recruitment that we had done prior in communities we have run before.

The Enclave is designed to give new members an experience of an Academy. Members will be paired off with a Master though in times of great need we will place people in what we call 'Clans'. While the Knights of Mimban are growing most of our memberships will be placed in these arrangements so we can train as many people as possible while also giving increased odds of interaction during our growing phase. Members should be aware that 'Activity' in the guild will be light at first during this phase as all good things must have a start and our community is no different. Our enclave offer's the following type of RP:

 

1. Clan / Master Training (Lore, History, Culture, Combat, Force Ect.)
   
2. Authentic Trials (The Five Traditional Jedi Trials / Five specific missions set to test a troopers mettle and leadership growth)
   
3. Natural Growth (20 Padawan Levels to Simulate a Fair Growth, Recruit Levels to Simulate the same.)
   
4. Leadership Roles (Become a Knight, Become a Master and Pass on Knowledge. Become a Captain, Become a Major and lead troopers into the fray!)
   
5. Missions (Missions of a smaller Scale Give Depth to Story Creation.)
   
6. Canon Based RP (We utilize the Legacy Canon for this Game.)
   
7. Enclave Growth (We Recruit Based on the 'Trainers' we have available so you will never feel overwhelmed by large numbers. Quality is far better for us then Quantity.)
   
8. 202nd Growth (We Recruit Based on the 'Trainers' we have available so you will never feel overwhelmed by large numbers. Quality is far better for us then Quantity.)
   
9. Learning Abilities (Because we use a RP system we can teach abilities through RP as you unlock slots for your character)
   
10. Automated Character Sheets (We know most people don't like setting up Character Sheets, So our Administrative Team will do that for you the moment you sign up and will be responsible for keeping them updated as you progress.)

We just held a day long event where Students and Troopers were engaged in missions, trainings and what have you. We are steadily growing, have a Guild Stronghold, Guild Ship and our Roleplay is better then ever. If your looking for an inclusive community come check us out!

We are recruiting Members for our Starwars the Old Republic Community: Jedi who seek to have a meaningful Padawan experience, delve deep into their trials and under go a path of knowledge, harmony and peace.

 

Meanwhile we are still recruiting as well for our SWG Community (Hidden Jedi Group) for those interested in delving in the subvert style of RP where you RP as one thing publicly but secretly roleplay as a Jedi in training.

Hello! I'm brand new to the game but am not new to rp. I am looking to find a guild to join that does story based rp exactly how you described. My one worry is if you are able to work around an odd schedule? Mine changes week to week. I know a lot of guilds that only take you if you can always be on at X time. That being said I was sold as soon as I read your ad.
