Drop rate for comp far to low, drop rate for cartel certs far to high. Cartel certs really have no use for me now as already have everything I wanted with them. Players who do not buy cartel market stuff and new players probably cannot even use them without the rep points. So that leaves just a few poorly designed dec's from Ossus? which also need the crystal?

3rd year in or is it 4th? and still not listened to the complaints form any of those years.

Well brought a lot of casino tokens so cannot return them so will use, but not going to bother on other servers or accounts.

The new Decoration (other than the stage which is poor see Ziva's thread on it) are welcome and are this years nightlife event only saving grace. but well done on them.

I'm enjoying the event so far but I did have one issue. Why doesn't the Rodian comp say a single word? Makes him feel lifeless.

The other new prizes this year are great. I love new decos and ways to get them.

I'm liking many of the new Nightlife decorations, and happy to see decorations from previous years are still available. I love, love, love that Cartel Certificates drop from the Nightlife slot machines. I've been waiting years for a way to get more Cartel Certificates in order to purchase the decorations that require Cartel certs as currency. Thank you! If you decide to crank up the Cartel Certificate drop rate on Contraband Slot machines, I would not be mad about it.

The stage is awesome. The lights, the sounds. Really well done. It pairs nicely with the change to centerpiece hooks having additional hooks imbedded in them. Not sure if it's intended, but decorations go through the stage floor, rather than being on top of the stage floor.

I like many of the Personnel decorations new in this Nightlife. Not that other Personnel decos aren't good, they just didn't interest me. I already have a few of the new Personnel decos and I like what they add to my summer retreat Yavin 4 SH.

I also like many of the new rewards and the fact that I can save certificates to get some of the older ones also. I look forward to getting the Gamorrean companion and collecting the personel decos (and hopefully winning the Rodian along the way).

I do have reservations about the stage however. Although it looks great, given that it is a center piece that that it does not support other decorations on its surface, it has limited usefulness.

Also the Cartel Market Certificates are pretty much worthless junk to me since anything I could buy with them is also locked behind Cartel reputation. If the rep requirement on those items was removed it would be great, alternatively if I could convert them to Golden Certificates that would at least give them some value (at a rate corresponding to their relative chances as prizes - about 3 or 4 to 1 by my limited estimation) [if this is already possible I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction]

I really like some of the new personnel decos, and I'm sure I'll try to get the concert stage and find a way to work with it because it looks great (although yes, large hooks make things a lot easier to work with!).

I personally also love seeing the CM certificates showing up again. There are a lot of decos on that CM vendor that have been unattainable and it's nice to finally have a chance to get them.

I thought they recently merged those old reputations into a new one that covers all of them? That was earlier this year, IIRC. I haven't checked the Cartel vendors in the Bazaar since then, are the items still tied to the old reputation or to the new one?

First of all, there’s a vendor on the Fleet who sells a bunch of nice decos for CM certificates. You can buy stuff for yourself or sell it on GTN to make profit. No reputation is required.

Maxing out Underworld Exchange rep to access CM vendors is not that hard. Rep tokens drop from Ultimate packs and Contraband Slot Machine decoration. Slot machine rarely shows up on GTN and when it does it’s always quite expensive but you can travel to strongholds that are opened for everyone, check if they have that deco and start gambling if they do. Drop rate is very good, you’ll get Legend in no time even with weekly cap.

Btw, I have it in my Nar Shaddaa SH on Malgus, everyone who needs it to max out rep is welcomed.

Thanks for the advice - I will check out the options you suggest. Maybe they are not the booby prize I thought they were.

I second your sentiment on Phrojo the Rodian, while he indeed speaks during combat, it is strange that we can't interact with him and he say something in response. If I am not mistaken, one can click on every other comp and they will respond, why not Phrojo? It leaves the impression that he is unfinished. Please BW add this feature for Phrojo.
