DragonAgeOrgins
I'm just thinking if it's free tp play maybe cartel coins are good. But unless they clairfy what DDE orders get would it be illogical to ask or expect a refund to time spent?
Selvec
Yes, it would be illogical, because you already spent the time you've paid for, and the free experience is a much more toned down version of the game. Furthermore, if you continue to sub, nothing will change for you, except you'll have access to a cash store, which may make life slightly more convenient if you don't have the time to grind to achieve things. VulcanLogic
You are getting a bit of a refund, in a round a bout sort of way. For each paid month, you're getting cartel coins, which F2P people have to pay straight up cash for. Maybe not a refund so much as a discount, but in the end, it's pretty much the same thing if you intend to keep playing. If not, well, you did agree to the terms so there's not much you can do. Nagadeath
do you think for one second you would be able to pry even one penny out of the hands of the EA suits?

But unless they clairfy what DDE orders get would it be illogical to ask or expect a refund to time spent? What do you mean "clarify what DDE orders get"? Is it about that fluff item that some rage about? No refunds at all, you pay for your service when you play. Fornix
Should you get a refund for that 3k eur you laid down for that television, when 10 months later it suddenly drops to 2k eur in price? Should you get a refund on that car which you bought for 24k but is up for sale for 15k 2 years later? A rethorical question, to which you most probably will know the answer. Mathias_Varr
Refund? If anything they want us to pay more for the time...(rest of comment unavailable until you pay $20 to EA for Premium Forum Access...)
SamuraBob_Fl
How is this topic not trolling? I mean, you pay for subscription access, you get to play everything in the game. Nothing that happens afterwards changes that. Makes no sense...
MajikMyst
Seriously?? Did someone really ask that questions?? What part of the definition of the word subscription eludes you?? In short.. We are not entitled to any kind of refund.. Sorry..

Best way to think of it is like a loyalty reward card such as the UK Supermarkets give, for each amount you spend they send you a token for a certain amount that can be spent in their shops. Draksen
OP: TOR won't go F2P, it will have a F2P option, totally different. Savy? Oh and OP, concerning your question, short answer: no. Long answer: lol.

But unless they clairfy what DDE orders get would it be illogical to ask or expect a refund to time spent? Given F2P has limitations which you did not have to experience the last several months, I would have to quote Spock "it's very illogical" to expect a refund.... Stop trolling.... Degarmo
Yes, it's illogical. However, you can still ask. You can always ask.

But unless they clairfy what DDE orders get would it be illogical to ask or expect a refund to time spent? Yes, it would be totally illogical to expect a refund. You knew what you were paying for when you paid for it. If you wanted a refund, you shouldn't have paid it. Quit thinking that you're being punished or robbed for doing things that you had full knowledge of at the time you were doing it. When you bought the DDE, it was never stated that you'd be guaranteed random freebies at every time that random freebies might be made available. Short Version: Yes, that's a stupid idea.
