The nature of the force...

The force exists in all things. In mind, in body, in movement and action. Each action acomplished through focused thought. It is not only about life energy, it is about the processes of our world that create it. Not only the world we know, though also the world that is only revealed through the study of many years. To follow the path of a knight requires thought on many levels that require the ability to both understand the process of life around you, and gague the moment. We do this in order to react to the change only we percieve in the world.

The study of the craft of the lightsaber, is not only made up of the items we discover for its use. The movements that are made up of each form, are also communication. Guided and focused to face many opponents at one time, to turn the tide of combat. To be able to break combat and perfect the ability to acomplish skill as a physical adept, requires many years to learn to break ranks as a breakwater for other units. Tactics play a key role in the definiion of the duty we preform.

The force plays some part in all things and in the destiny of the free lives around you. It is our duty to protect and serve those lives, as it has been for all of the ages of this world. The true ability to percieve the height or depth of the world, is both in what is seen, and that which is not. Each form exists for that singular perception.

Atunement: The path of the jedi order...

Understand that masters with the jedi order, are not truely immortal. Each teacher among us follows a different path, and holds knowledge unique to there own understanding of the force.

The connection to the force that each knight holds, and learns to control, is often developed as individual as there own methods of focus. That presence sensed by other force adepts, is called an atunement. Over many years an atunement becomes as much a part of a jedi as his light-saber. Once, this ability was highly sought out to heal by spiritual presence.

However, it is that process of our world, that is also similar to the use of a sword, to set a focus. For the person who carries it, any level of atunement is a great acomplishment, though there is danger in reliance upon it To count on spiritual strength, must be carefully guided. Often atunement effects perception, and it is only over many years that the value in different atunements becomes clear. Often the subtle nature of a master level atunement, guides us to greater awareness of the force, and the lives around the individual.

Nerf operatives.

And btw the point of this thread is...?

The information provided by the jedi council represents a flow of knowledge over time. Because we find ourself in contest over the tree of knowledge in our world, the information used to create peace saves lives. It is for that very reason that we do not act to influence destiny, in order to see what is revealed in the course of time.

To learn what is known, what was, and what may be, is the path of the jedi. You will see those who searched before, as you do now. The past, the future, and the moment are all an extention of self, to those who exist as a part of the living force.

May the force be with you.

I think that belongs to a Community creations, Story and Lore, or Star Wars discussion. But definitely not class forum.

Knowledge of the force, is what seperates the Jedi knight, from other force adepts we sometimes encounter. The skills of a Jedi knight, are not intended to be used to attack, they are intended to open understanding. It is for this reason, that our knowledge is kept from those outside our order.

It is not always understood that the use of the force, holds a cost. Each ability exists with a single intent. The intent in use, is what we call the will of the force. It is not excllusive to presence alone. The clear difference between a force adept and a jedi knight, is a presence that can be felt by other life-forms. To use some level of force ability, is not the same thing as to master it. That, is true for any skill, only though knowledge of the force, and the strength that exists through the force; dose the ability awaken to begin the knight's path.

May the force be with you.

Please use capital 'f' when typing about the Force. Thank you! And the Jedi...

Oh and this dude was here for quite a while. Scan back his previous threads. I honestly can't make up much from what he says in them...

Aye... Makes one wonder if he's using spice to aid in his "meditations"...
