Hello Support.
It's been over 8 days, and still no help.
E-mail support told me to phone the support line.
Support line told me to post here.
Forums told me to e-mail support.
And the cycle has been repeating.

Good luck. I've been waiting a month for them to help me get my account back after their password thing won't let me change my password to meet their policy. A month. And nothing, they've never helped, they've just told me to try again.

This is the exact same thing happening to a friend of mine and they are simply bouncing him from mail to phone. This is really the worst support ever. I mean you should solve this by email, letting ppl send you a valid ID to verify the ownership.

This is almost illegal since you took money and lock ppl accounts after giving them 5 i say 5 crazy SQ/A that every person can easly forgot.

So just create a new account? So what you miss out on the 5 days of early access... you are still getting your retail code. Sorry you screwed up your account by not writing down the security questions/answers or whatever it is but what ya gonna do.
