From what I can tell he is breaking no rules, and honestly your rant is making little sense.. slicing is more effective for making credits then camping these chests, even now.

What I hate is that Someone uses a bit of initiative and instantly people have to post asking if it's wrong! Just because someone is smarter than you, it doesnt make them a cheat please remember that. If everyone in life had the same way of your thinking, you wouldn't be using the Internet to be able to complain in the first place!
