That player has no choice but to leave flashpoint and return most of the times. Instead of leaving the flashpoint, the affected player can exit the room, go outside to the bottom of the ramp leading up to the last building, and then come back. They will let people continue to use the work around, because it does work. As another poster stated, the affected people should just leave the building out past the steps and then return. Good luck! This bug should be fixed with tomorrow's game update 6.3: Melarra is no longer below the platform preventing players from interacting with her in the Kaon Under Siege Flashpoint.
