So, I've attempted to Transfer from SF to SS like 5 times and it keeps failing, I get an email saying the process has begun but I don't get an error message or notice that my transfer was unsuccessful. Has anyone else had issue Transferring. Any know issues with the process?

There has been issues like this before, but they claim they fixed it. Yet it still pops up. Mail support@swtor.com and they'll be able to tell you if it's something stopping, or if it's bugged, when/if it'll be fixed

So, it's been 4 days and my Character still isn't transferring. I've received no response to my in game ticket or email. I called customer service on Monday. They said it was an in game issue and they couldn't do anything, and that I should submit a ticket. I informed them that I already emailed and summited a ticket with no response and they said just wait longer. They didn't even ask for my account information to look into anything. Pretty crappy customer service. I was hoping that the backend server work might fix something but nope. It still fails before I even get the email saying the process of transfer has started, which I do receive.

Kind of funny that they moved my Tread from General Discussion to Bug Reports all without addressing or commenting on the issue...

You were faster than me, but I've moved your thread to the bug report section. Here, your post will be more accurate than in the previous section.

Concerning your character transfer, you need to make sure that you're not a Guild Leader and you have enough space on the destination server. A few lockboxes can also prevent you from transferring a character.

In order to move my thread to another section BioWare has to know that it exists. They moved it without commenting on the issue. They have commented on it now, and I acknowledge that bug reporting is slightly more accurate a place to put my thread. Though my intent was to see what players have done to fix this issue not to state a bug was occurring.

I have met the criteria stated in the transfer section before starting the process. However I didn't know some lockboxes could prevent transfer. Would unopen referral bundles be apart of those?
