coppy button on refer a friend not working and unable to do manualy

Hi not sure if this is the correct place, im trying to refer a few friends to play the game, on my account section the referr a friend copy button doesnt work, and when they manualy type in the url they get an error saying unable to compleat your request, im curently subscribed on the 60 day subscription. any help would be apritiated. using fire fox as my browser if that makes a diference.

got it to work manualy now, but the copy button still wont work ( the manual way way a typo)
