Min/Max guide or tips

Just like the title says. I've got my 306 gear but it's been a while. I was hoping to get my gear min/maxed but I couldn't find any recent post on the forums about it. If there is no guide is there at least common knowledge of targets I want to hit for say, DPS and Tank specs.

I'd look for class specific guides. For example, this is for jugger tanks (there's a mirror post to this for guardian tanks - same but with the pub side terminology).
