i bought the nautolan race it doesn't show

soooo i bought nautolan race and its not showing i did. do i need to do something for it to work or a way to get my money back

Did you follow the full sequence of steps?
* Buy the token in the Cartel Market.
* On the same character, claim the token into your inventory.
* On the same character, use the token by right-clicking it in your inventory.

Then EITHER log out and create a new character OR go to an Appearance Designer kiosk and attempt to change your character's species.

If you've already deleted the character, you'll need to submit a Customer Service ticket in-game to request that they restore the character. Be polite and be very thorough, providing at least this information:
* Server
* Character name. Be as exact as possible about the characters in the name. If you used an accented letter like é or ô or whatever, make sure to provide it exactly as it is.
* Character class, level, and if you can remember it, the location at the time of deletion, if you can remember it.
* Approximately when you deleted the character.

Question, how did you purchase it? From the Cartel Market or the GTN? If you Purchased it from the Cartel Market did you claim it from your unclaimed purchases? If not then you need to claim the item, which will transfer a token to your inventory. If you did claimed it, or purchased it from the GTN, did you right-click the token to use it? If not then you need to do that. If you deleted the character that made the purchase without doing either of those then you'll need to contact customer service about getting the character restored so that you can claim the token and/or us it to unlock the species.
