Ability to hide hoods

I've talked about it for years with my friends and they agree, I've seen quite a few posts about this as well on the forums.

The Callous Conqueror's, Sinister Warrior's, Temple Guardian, Onderon Guardian's, Malgus Reborn, Darth Malgus's, Wicked Huntress's, Revanite Champion's, Imperial Bastion's, Eradicator's Warsuit, Exterminator's, Ajunta Pall's, Reaver's, Revan Reborn, Darth Revan; among many others are all armor sets with hoods. There are quite a few sets that I do not use because they have a hood, and the only way to get rid of the hood is to get a helmet on other it, which goes away when talking to companions which returns the hood.

While sometimes a hood is nice, there are many players that would like the option to hide hoods for their sets so they can enjoy their look more. I don't expect this to be made an option anytime soon, but I would like to request that you give players the ability to hide hoods, even if it can only be acquired by buying it from the cartel market.

I can't speak for everyone, but having this option would open up to a lot more different designs and creativity for players when creating an outfit for their favorite or desired characters.
EDIT: Or at least make it so we can turn hoods off on our character for conversations. I don't mind running around with them but don't want to see that my hair is gone and we can't see half our beautiful character's face when we talk to companions or have scenes where helmets disappear.
All I ask is that it is taken into consideration.
Thank you for your time!

Agreed. Be nice if they kept to their promise about adding weapons to the outfit designer, too. They said they would back in 2017 and never did.

No. Well, twice no.

1. Not *in* Outfit Designer, but in a set of slots*like* Outfit Designer but for weapons only, because for some people, weapons are not part of outfits.

2. They didn't say they would *definitely* build it, but that they would look into it.

Because it would *not* be "nice either way" *for me*. My characters' weapons are not part of their outfits.

Actually, it would. The first way was my way, the second way was yours. Therefore "either way" would suit you.

In fairness, if you don't want to use outfit designer for weapons, if available, you could just leave that slot empty as on cosmetic outfits, so that the equipped weapon showed through. For, for example, Jedi who want the weapon they dramatically forged on Tython to actually be the weapon they wield as a "beacon of light in the darkness" or whatever (well not the ghastly looking saber the cut scene actually lumbers you with, but whatever you hurriedly swap out for it from the market before falling down the Forge steps), without either being tossed in the next rubbish bin on Coruscant or being chronically underpowered as you're waiting till you're next passing the mod vendor, this would be very handy.

It would also be lovely if the cutscene generator didn't auto-pilot your weapon slot with the same crappy saber if you unequip the weapon.

Exactly. It would just be overly complicated for newer players to understand the difference between the outfit designer and a secondary weapon designer. It would be better to just merge them but give the outfit designer more slots.
