Is your spacebar broken yet?

Who says all MMOs must follow exactly the same formula? I'm loving the content. But I love KOTOR and don't like WoW anymore so for me this game is great at the moment. I have no idea if I'll stick around for the raiding but we'll see.

Anyway. I'm mostly sad that they didn't go all the way through and they have these quest terminals. Those shold be VOed as well

While I absolutely love the long story and voice over aspect of the game, this was well crafted and well played.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the whole point of conversations to give meaning to the standard Kill X/Collect Y quests? You become involved with the quest giver, and you sometimes have a say in how the quest plays out. It's much more dynamic and immerses you into the game.

See there is the problem with not followin the formula of great game and then make the other stuff... 2 weeks in and your already saying you have no idea if you will stick around. Basically if you take the voice acting out and put text in what would you have??

No, I said I liked Darth Thanaton's voice acting; and he was part of the Sith Inquisitor's Class Quest

I also said I liked the Force Lightning Spell Effect, please stop putting words in my mouth

You know what IP stands for? IP IS what any game is based on... any game, book, movie, any kind of entertainment actually... so if your lore is crap, your game, book, movie etc will be crap... if your IP is not solid, doesnt matter the result, its going to be crap.

Take aion for example... no consistent IP, crap... rift, didnt hold me for a second, why? Because its IP is paper thin...

So yes, I'm one of those that you think should be shot... for me, the consistency and richness of the IP or lore is the MAIN THING I look for in a game. Even FPS are going to "story mode" cause it gives you a reason behind all the mindless shooting.

So basically... I think you're shallow, dont take me the wrong way.

I will sum it up. The imps are doing this behind the scene so we need this. Cause no one else in the galaxy can fight but you.

Despite what you might believe, MMO has another thing after it. Called RPG.

Meaning story should be just as important to it as anything else. Sadly, it usually isn't. ToR and GW2 are hoping to correct this and remind people it's called an MMORPG.

I have yet to skip a converstaion...lol, realy... I find them entertaining... I keep saying to myself ..."Why writes this crap"... " I can't belive people cactualy got paid for this"... Then I log out and cruise the forums

i dont skip unless i have heard it before. dont get why people play a story driven mmo and skip it all. then get mad at others who dont wanna skip in groups.
