In Los Angeles area with AT&T Uverse. Server connection lost, now the login is telling me 'Server not responding'.

I'm in North Las Vegas and was on Master Zhar Lesting when my connection dropped. I'm using Cox Cable and can't get to the server selection screen, it stays on the loading splash screen with the wheel-doodad spinning.
